Order Processing & Delivery Times

Our unique, handcrafted steering wheels are produced on demand to ensure the highest quality and perfect customization.

  • Custom Orders:

    • Production Time: Please allow 5-15 business days for the meticulous production of your custom steering wheel.
    • Estimated Shipping Time: Once produced, your custom steering wheel will be shipped, with an estimated delivery time of 5-12 business days.
    • Total estimated delivery for custom orders: Approximately 10-27 business days (production + shipping).

  • In-Stock Items:

    • Processing Time: In-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
    • Estimated Shipping Time: Your in-stock item will be shipped, with an estimated delivery time of 5-12 business days.
    • Total estimated delivery for in-stock items: Approximately 6-14 business days.

Please note: "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Worldwide Free Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping from our factory in China to major cities and regions across the globe. There are no additional shipping fees charged by HyperSteering for your order.

International Taxes, Duties, & VAT

We strive to make international shipping as hassle-free as possible for our customers.

  • Import Taxes & Customs Duties: Covered by HyperSteering!

    • We are committed to transparent pricing. You will NOT be charged any separate import taxes or customs duties upon the arrival of your HyperSteering product. We prioritize shipping channels that handle these fees on your behalf.

  • Value Added Tax (VAT): Not Included in Price

    • Please be aware that our product prices DO NOT include Value Added Tax (VAT). Depending on your country's tax regulations, you may be responsible for paying VAT directly to the courier or your local customs agency upon the import of your order. VAT rates vary by country (e.g., in the European Union, UK, Canada, Australia). We recommend checking your local customs website for current VAT rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
