At HyperSteering, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke, handcrafted steering wheels, meticulously customized to your specifications. Each steering wheel is a unique piece, produced on demand following your order. This personalized approach ensures exclusivity and superior quality, but it also means our return and refund policy is tailored to reflect the custom nature of our products.
Our Commitment to Quality
We are committed to providing you with a premium product that meets our high standards of craftsmanship and performance. Every HyperSteering wheel undergoes rigorous quality control before dispatch.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our steering wheels, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects or significant quality issues.
We accept returns/refund requests ONLY if:
- Manufacturing Defects: The product has a flaw or defect resulting from the manufacturing process.
- Material Flaws: The materials used (e.g., carbon fiber, Alcantara, leather) have inherent, significant flaws not typical of their natural characteristics.
- Damage During Shipping: The product arrives damaged due to transit. This must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Incorrect Product Received: You received a product that does not match your confirmed order specifications (e.g., wrong model compatibility, incorrect core features).
We DO NOT accept returns/refund requests for:
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind or no longer want the product.
- Customer Order Errors: You placed an incorrect order (e.g., selected the wrong car model, chose incorrect customization options, provided inaccurate specifications). Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
- Minor Aesthetic Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in stitching, material texture, or finish that do not affect the product's functionality or overall quality are not considered defects.
- Damage Caused by Improper Installation or Use: Issues arising from incorrect installation, negligence, or misuse of the product are not covered.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from product use.
Reporting a Quality Issue or Defect
If you believe your HyperSteering wheel has a manufacturing defect, material flaw, or was damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A detailed description of the issue or defect.
- Clear photographs and/or a video demonstrating the issue. This is crucial for our assessment.
Inspection and Resolution Process
- Initial Review: Upon receiving your report, our team will review the provided information.
- Further Action: We may request additional information, photographs, or ask you to return the product for a thorough inspection at our facility. If return is required, we will provide detailed instructions and cover the shipping costs if the issue is deemed valid.

Resolution:
- If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, material flaw, or shipping damage, HyperSteering will, at its discretion:
- Repair the steering wheel.
- Replace the steering wheel with a new, corrected one (production times will apply).
- Offer a full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible or satisfactory.

Refund Processing (for Approved Claims)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days after the approval of your claim and, if applicable, the return of the product to our facility. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Custom Order Cancellations

Before Production Begins: If you wish to cancel a custom order before production has commenced, please contact us immediately at

A full refund may be issued. - After Production Begins: Once your custom steering wheel has entered the production phase, cancellations are generally not possible, as materials have been procured and labor invested specifically for your unique order. Exceptions are at HyperSteering's sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund to cover material and production costs incurred.
